Jimmiejam
Most Instruments
 Jimmie is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College, Fredonia State University and Monroe Community College. Jimmie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Audio Production) and a Bachelor’s degree in Music. In addition he has minored in Applied Music and has earned dual Associate’s degrees in Performing Arts and Liberal Arts.  
 
As a Performer Jimmie’s involvement in several performance groups such as MCC’s Jazz Show choir, Vocal Point, and Inner loop has allowed him to perform in and around Upstate NY and NYC. In addition he’s held leadership roles at Fredonia State College as well as (President/Vice-President) in the music department at MCC. While these accomplishments are wonderful Jimmie’s greatest achievement is operating his own business in all of upstate NY (Music Memories/AMC).
 
 
Scott Mantrow
Guitar
 
Scott Mantrow teaches guitar for all ages and levels, and specializes in rock, blues, and jazz. His curriculum is based on the level of the student and their interests. It includes learning musical notation, scales, chord progressions, improvisation, playing technique, and theory. He stresses movable patterns which can be used to play songs in any key. He uses many of his own teaching materials and recommends Hal Leonard guitar method books and listening to a variety of musical styles. Scott believes that studying guitar should be a fun and gratifying experience.

Scott has a Master's degree in Music Education from New Jersey City University, a Bachelor's degree in Music from SUNY at Oneonta, an audio recording degree from Finger Lakes Community College, and holds a NY State teaching certificate. He presently performs in a jazz quartet, and as a solo singer/guitarist.
